We are a small, family run business whose goal is to provide simple, affordable wedding arch / wedding rentals on the cape and surrounding areas. We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started:

Date & Location. When and where is your ceremony?

Need anything else for your ceremony? A florist recommendation? A mic/speaker for music or the officiant? Anything else we can help with?

Timing Requirements. Does your venue requires same-day setup and removal? *Is the ceremony in the same space as the reception?

*If so, the room has to be turned over so we need to know exactly when that will happen.

What is the rain contingency plan? We need a plan in place for bad weather. If rain is expected are you moving the ceremony indoors? Will you still need your arch / chairs rentals?

If you’re getting married in a public space - you cannot leave the equipment unattended!
